PROFILE

We are the first real estate fund management company committed to creating quality and affordable living spaces: our focus is affordable housing. Through constant industry research monitoring and focusing on innovative technologies, we are able to respond to people's real housing needs: more quality apartments at affordable prices in Milan and the main cities in Lombardy. All this is possible thanks to our team's 20 years of experience and its passion for project design, construction and management over the long term.

We manage the first affordable housing fund promoted by Fondazione Cariplo and the Lombardy Region: Fondo Immobiliare di Lombardia (FIL).
FIL counts among its shareholders insitutional entites such as Fondo Investimenti per l'Abitare managed by CDP Investimenti Sgr and subscribed by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti for 1 billion euros as well as Fondazione Cariplo, the Lombardy Region and other institutional investors.

MISSION

Our mission is to create places to live and work and services for the well-being of people based on sustainable investment strategies functional to the urban, economic and social development of the urban fabric. With the involvement of Third Sector entities, we aim to increase interactions among people. In the implementation and management of housing projects, we use the most advanced technologies to minimize the negative impact on natural resources. This is all thanks to 20 years of experience and the skills of a cohesive and motivated team.

Affordability is at the heart of our affordable housing projects, through which we increase the supply of quality affordable housing and student housing, at accessible prices. Creating a positive impact for those who can not afford to buy their homes on the open market without sacrificing access to other primary goods.

Redo is a member of the European Federation for Living, which works to create more affordable and sustainable housing. We are also a member of EIT Climate-Kic, Europe's largest partnership to curb and address climate change. We are the first asset management company to make a concrete commitment to the environment and community: Redo is a certified B Corp. The ten principles of the UN Global Compact, intended to ensure and promote respect for human rights, quality of work, environmental protection, and anti-corruption, and to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals, are central to what we do. FIL is adheres to Fondazione Housing Sociale, which acts as a technical-social advisor in many of the housing projects developed through FIL.

As a Benefit Society, Redo pursues purposes of common benefit and sustainable development in the medium to long term, operating in a responsible and transparent way towards people, communities, territories, environment, entities, associations, workers, suppliers, end users, investors and civil society.
