AFFORDABLE HOUSING
AND URBAN REGENERATION
Affordability is at the core of our projects, through which we increase the number of social and student housing apartments. We requalify entire areas of the city while at the same time generating a “neighbourghood” aspect: easy, innovative, where technology is used as a way for residents to interact. Like the apps created to monitor consumption, promote gatherings and cultural initiatives. As a result, the new neighbourhood becomes an attractive hub for the whole city.
