Andrea Sica has been the Technical Director of Redo Sgr since 2020, with significant experience in the social housing sector behind him. In fact, for ten years he set up and managed a team of Project Managers that allowed for the design, construction and management of more than 80 developments, mainly dedicated to social housing, for a total area of about 800,000 square metres and a value of more than one billion euro. As Technical Director, in Redo Sgr he directs and supervises all activities related to the development and maintenance of assets or initiatives designed, built and/or managed by Redo on behalf of its Funds. Sica joined Polaris (later InvestiRE) in 2009 as Development Manager. From 2015 to 2019 he is Head of Design & Construction at InvestiRE, where he oversees all activities related to real estate development. Graduated in Architecture at the Polytechnic of Turin, from 1998 to 2001 he was in charge, for Regione Piemonte, of the Restoration of the Reggia della Venaria Reale, considered one of the largest European restoration sites, as Back Office Technical Director. The works, amounting to an expenditure of more than 280 million euro, involved an area of 250,000 square metres of buildings and 800,000 square metres of uncultivated areas transformed back into gardens following the original plans. He was also Head of Project Quality and Project Control for the Agency for the XX Torino 2006 Winter Games, coordinating the verification and validation of all Olympic projects for a total amount of more than 1.7 billion euro.
