With 20 years of experience in the sector at his back, Davide Chiumenti has been with Redo since 2019 as Head of Project Development. He directs and supervises all activities related to real estate development. He joined Polaris in 2012 where, as Senior Project Manager, he oversaw the renovation of over 200 flats in the municipality of Milan and the development of about 350 new residential units on behalf of real estate funds operating in social housing in Tuscany, Piedmont and Emilia-Romagna. From 2015 to 2019 he is in InvestiRE as Senior Project Manager, where he takes care of the development of about 1,000 residential units on behalf of real estate funds operating in the BU Development & social housing in Lombardy and Piedmont, for a total investment of more than 150 million euro, net of the purchase value of the areas. Graduated in Structural Design Engineer at Politecnico di Milano, his professional experiences include working for ING Real Estate Development Italy, from 2007 to 2012, as Project Manager. Here he was in charge of the development of a new regional shopping centre for a total GLA of 38,500 sqm and a total investment of 148 million euro. The project received the 2013 ICSC award as the best European development and was the first shopping centre in the world to achieve both Environmental (ISO 14001) and Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001) certification.
