With 20 years of experience in Real Estate, Fabio Carlozzo has been CEO of Redo since 2019. Formerly at Polaris Investment and Polaris Real Estate from 2009, he was first Head of Real Estate and then Managing Director, dealing with the start-up of Real Estate and the subsequent focus of the company in this sector. He oversaw the corporate reorganisation through the sale of business units and the subsequent merger with two other SGRs to create InvestiRE SGR From 2015 to 2019 he was a member of the Executive Committee and the Investment Committee of InvestiRE. As Managing Director of the BU Development & social housing he oversaw the structuring of 13 real estate funds for total development investments of €1.5bn. Graduated in Electrical Engineering at La Sapienza University of Rome, his professional experiences include working for General Electric GE Capital as Head of GE Real Estate in Italy, from 2001 to 2005. He was also Managing Director of Amplus Italia S.r.l., managing a real estate portfolio of 450 properties in northern and central Italy.
