A social economist, Paola Delmonte has worked for fifteen years in the social housing investment area in Lombardy and throughout the country. As consultant for Redo in Business Development, she deals with corporate development for the promotion and structuring of social housing operations, promotes investments, divestments and actions to improve the company's management performance. A graduate in Economic and Social Disciplines from Bocconi University in Milan, she defines herself as a social housing activist. Her most significant experiences include working at Fondazione Housing Sociale as Head of the Finance Team and at Cdp Investimenti as Head of Management and Development and Director of the Social Housing Area.
