With numerous international and multidisciplinary experiences behind him, Roberto Reale is first at InvestiRE and then, since 2019, at Redo as Head of Investments and Strategies. He deals with the management of urban regeneration investments, business development, the evaluation of new business opportunities and the management of the portfolio developed over the years by the funds managed by Redo. Graduated in Environmental Engineering at the Sapienza University of Rome, he won a scholarship for a Master of Science at Columbia University in New York in Civil Engineering focusing on green building and energy efficiency. He worked for a period in New York on major projects such as the reconstruction of the World Trade Center. From there he moved to Peru, to work as a Specialist in Natural Resources Management at FAO, where he worked on the development of over 500 microdams in the Andes. Back in Italy, he started working in strategic consulting for Bain & Company before joining InvestiRE in 2018.
